So for mother's day we visited Yosemite to stay at a cabin we'd booked almost a year before but almost forgotten about! Luckily Sarah remembered at the last minute and we experienced the odd feeling of being in 100 degree Californian heat in Palm Springs one week, to being in 40 degree Californian weather the week after with a hailstorm followed by snow!
