With a sunny afternoon ahead of us we headed to Stow Lake and rented a row boat for the afternoon before having a hot-dog picnic next to the water. It felt like a real getaway yet being in Golden Gate Park was less than 5 minutes drive from our front-door and was also the first time we'd ever visited the Lake. That's the beauty of the city, there's so much to do!
